Question: Question about weight loss diet and excercise?

Ok so i have been living a healthier lifestyle for a little over year now and have lost about 60 lbs from 350 down to around 285, now i went to lose another 40 lbs and get down to around 250, i have lately about a week ago really kicked into healthy mode again after the holidays i cut back on it quite a bit, and didnt gain weight but i also wasnt eating my best or excercising daily, i do a power walk with slight jogging on my treadmill for about 1 mile everyday and it usually takes me around 16 minutes to 18 minutes, today i also did that and did 60 crunches, my question is, for the past 3 days i ate very little, yesterday in total, i had a couple of pretzals, a caesar sallad and a breadstick from sbarro, and a ice cream cone from mcdonalds, i would have to say that that definitely wasnt 2000 calories, but i felt very tired, and didnt lose any weight, so im worried that i am starving myself, today i ate a stouffers french bread pizza, which is around 500 calories, and thats all i have eaten so far, should a 6 foot 280 pound man be eating like this, i feel very lethargic, to even do anything alot because my body feels like im shocking it everyday, and i feel pretty good right now, but yesterday i had headaches, and was lethargic. |
