You need to have cheat days, that's extremely important or you'll go insane and be tempted to quit your diet. It's important also not to starve yourself of course. At dinner try to make the meat your smallest portion unless it's lean meat like chicken or something. Limit the gravy. If you're still hungry fill up on the veggies, not only does it fill you up because it's food but it's so gross it makes you lose your appetite ;] water helps too if you're hungry. |

I try to drink alot of water. Heard somewhere you need to drink like 8 cups of water a day. Also i eat apples, banana's and other fruits during the day when im having a hungry feeling. I think i'm losing weight.. at least i look a little less fat now, but i've only been doing this + fitness for like 2 weeks now. |

I do a 60 minute weight class at the gym, and then I run for 60 minutes. Two hours of exercise a day will make you feel fab and lose weight. |

I only have one. :) Olive Oil-2 Tablespoons added to one of your daily meals. (Add it to chicken, veggies, pork, salad, soup, or what have you.) Keep it up for two weeks. It will jump start your metabolism. I already lost 10 pounds, and it was completely effortless. |

You can lose weight if you tried correct way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works just amazing for anyone. I lost my weight easy using this weight loss way. I drink water all the time and make myself jog even when i don't want to. also, i watch biggest loser every week. i find it very inspirational and motivating. i keep a food journal and keep track of what i eat, when i eat, and how much i exercise too. i also have a weight loss/ fitness scrapbook with success stories, healthy recipes, workouts, yoga poses, and other interesting articles from magazines. the first page of my scrapbook has pics of me at my heaviest and then i have a goal page too. i've lost 50 pounds already, only 20 more to go, so looking at before pics from when i was huge is really helpful. also, i want another tattoo on my hip, but i have to lose weight first, so i draw a little pic on my hand between my thumb and finger every day to remind me to eat right, exercise and stay on track so i can get that tattoo lol...it sounds kinda crazy, but it really works for me |
