Weight Loss

Question: I have been eating special k bars, do they help for weight loss?

I eat 2 a day... Is this helping me? I'm scared that it is doing me more harm than good. Here is my daily meal plan: BREAKFAST- Chocolate Smoothie 300 calories with many nutrients vitamins etc. SCHOOL SNACK- Special K bar 90 cal LUNCH- whatever we have for school lunch (about 500 cal) DINNER- whatever family makes for dinner (usually very nutritious with vegetables etc..) SNACK- special K bar (90 cal) NIGHT- frosted flakes cereal w/ fat free milk (300 cal) *is this not helping at all?

Those are actually not very good for you. They may be low in calories but check out how many carbs and how much sugar is in them. If you want a healthy snack stick with a piece of fruit or a veggie.
