i am currently in the process of losing weight, so far i've been working out for 3 weeks and watching what i eat and lost 4lbs only, i thought i would loose more by now. My boyfriend works out with me and eats about the same stuff I do and he lost more weight then I did Anyway, I was thinking about using Alli, because when i was helping out in Kaiser there was one patient and she lost a lot of weight, a lot of the nurses noticed right away. This patient said she's been using Alli, but I don't know how long she has been using it or how helpful it is.Any suggestions?Just to let everyone know, i'm on a strict 1200 cal diet and I cut out fast food and carbonated drinks, I eat my own home cooking but I still feel and look the same, the scale just shows that I lost 4lbs.
What is the best weight loss pill for a guy?
I am looking to lose 10 pounds in about a month because I cant seem lose it with what I am doing now. I work out about 5 6 days a week now and try to eat healthy. I normally don't believe in taking diet pills or doing crash diets or anything like that, but i have an event in a week and I recently went off the atkins after having little sucess with it, and I've gained a few pounds back since I went off it. So does anyone know of a very quick and effective crash diet or diet pill? first of all please dont give me the only way to lose weight is eating right and exercise because i do both and it just doesnt cut it by itself for all of us. I still have a bottle of Hydroxycut weight loss pills that I purchased over one year ago. I've never gotten around to using it. I've read reports that the FDA has called for a voluntary recall of the product, due to it being linked to several liver damage incidents. My question is Can I finish off the bottle without having liver damage? My thoughts are that the people affected were probably using the product for a very long time and had damage over time.
