My dad is trying to lose weight he has a lot to lose but can't exercise because of a SERIOUS heart condition. The doctors want him to lose some weight before they perform heart surgery in a few months but he's having a really hard time because he can't even go for a walk Is there an over the counter pill Zantrex, Trimspa...etc. he could add to his low fat low calorie diet to help him reach his goal so we can fix his heart?Please help He really can't exercise it's not an excuse his heart beats out of rhythm and even walking to the car makes him dizzy and out of breath.
