Question about weight loss/calories?
For about 5 months, I was eating 2000 calories, give or take a bit, every day. I don't exercise much and I gained some weight. Now, I'm eating about 1500 1600, and I'm exercising when I can. Will I lose the weight I gained? I'm eating healthy foods, only eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm full. I don't have a weight loss deadline or anything, I just want to get back to the healthy weight I was. If I eat any less than 1500 1600 I feel too hungry, which is why I'm asking if I'll lose weight doing this.

Gym workouts - weight loss - Curves or Contours - womens gym - Help? :D?
I'm planning on taking up serious weight loss and I'm thinking about joining Curves but I'm not sure if it's appropriate for me. Is it a kind of gym that assist with large amounts of weight loss or only toning for already slim ladies? Also, do you have to provide your weight or measurements to join because I would not be willing to do that as well. Please let me know of your experience Just FYI I also plan of doing other exercise at home walking or using my cross trainer but I feel like I should do something else as well for toning.. hence Curves.Please dont' tell me to go to a normal gym because I really would not feel comfortable doing that at this time.. but maybe in the future. Can I take weight loss pills and gain muscle at the same time?
Well as of right now I want to gain more muscle so i'm doing reps of 8 10, but I don't want to bulk up and not be toned. So I was thinking can I gain muscle and get toned at the same time by taking weight loss pills? I weight about 150 lbs, 5'9, and I know I can just do a lot of cardio and over time, i will lose all the fat and get a six pack. but i'm just trying to speed up the process. I would appreciate any answers and or personal experiences.

When will I start to show weight loss? Will I look much different after 10 lbs?
I am 5'8" and 16. I'm trying to lose 10 lbs or so over the next few weeks. Currently, I weigh 135lbs, and I dance everyday for hours. I am eating around 1200 calories everyday and it's only fruits, veggies, protein, etc. How soon will I show signs of improvement? Will I look much different? sgisg.. well I'm sorry about other people on here who would take offense to this in some way but you could also consider the way that I feel.. which is why I asked the question. How do you think it would feel to be a dancer and have it thrown in your face everyday that you're the fattest one at the studio? It doesn't feel good either. It's not just about looks, it's about how you feel too.. and I feel like crap. Thanks.

I weigh 261 pounds.. A few weeks ago I started a low carb high protien diet. I have started excercising and have lost about 9 pounds. How long until the results will start to be visible?? I am excited and very motivated this time around.

hi guys i was wondering if someone could help me out, i am looking for a 2 week weight loss diet plan, i want this diet plan to contain the food which i should eat from day 1 till day 14. it doesn't have to be necessary that it has to be a 2 week diet plan, it could even be 1 week.from an exercise point of view, i have everything planned out, i currently loose burn 360 calories through exercise a day and consume around 1900. i do not feel that my diet is correct as I'm not getting good results. I'm hoping to see a diet which guide me to consume around 800 calories to 1,300 calories a day. thanks guys' best answer gets 10 points D

Treadmill weight loss? weslo g40 cadence?
I have a weslo g40 cadence treadmill, and am wondering which program on it is specified for weight loss. There is progarms 1 2 3 and 4. Which one is for weight loss? If someone with the same treadmill can tell me which program is designed for weight loss, would be much appreciated.Also, am thinking about doing interval workout, simply beacuse it seems like my kind of thing. Perhaps a steady 3 4 mph and a 6 7 mph for the intensity, full lintervals of perhaps 5 or 6? Wold like to hear expert opinoins, as well as whichi program is actually for weight loss on the weslo g40 cadence.

Question about weight loss and the body?
" professionals" say if you dont eat enough your body will start storing food and youll gain weight. I dont understand how this is true, because the body needs X amount of calories to perform, so surely if an overweight person reduces their calorie intake, their body will burn that, plus fat stores just to perform basic human functions. If the person also exercises they burn even more.Another example is people in developing countries who dont have enough food I've never seen a fat starving personNor a fat anorexic So where does that leave that " professional" quote? Am I missing something?Can someone please explain

I don't enjoy the taste of water very much, and I'm coming off of soda I'm an addict to Coca cola.. I want to find some good substitutes that will still taste good but that are healthier for you. Please help.The reason I'm trying to get off of soda is because most of it contains high fructose corn syrup which in a lot of cases causes weight gain. What about G2?

well, I want to join the army, and Ive lost three stone now, I need to another 1.5 and as soon as safely as i can lol, really wanna get going lol well, I exercise quite alot now, at least once a day between 1 2 hours and some of it is quite intense, so exercise wise Im doing well and Ive got people to help me there, but diet wise... Im getting there just slowly, I think my main problem is I drink way too much coke all diet, but still I can drink up to 2l in a day sometimes, I drink water before and after exercise, but usually its just coke, I was wondering, if I can cut it down to like one glass could I notice a change in performance and weightloss relatively quickly and also what exactly is it about coke thats soo bad, I think when I actually know itl help me to cut down lolcheers in advance XD
