Can somebody who never exercises lose weight easily if they start exercising?
I NEVER exercise unless walking around the house cleaning or walking around school counts. I eat lots of junk but i haven't gained any weight in the past 4 years. Does this mean that if i started exercising I would be burning off that extra weight immediately?

How does a person who eats healthy and exercises lose weight?
I eat around 1500 calories a day I think and cycle to work 3 miles , do 1 hour of a modern dance type thing and don't take sugar due to diabetes but I am a bit fat. I weigh just over 114 pounds at 70 inches tall. I don't eat 'Junk Food' and no diet soda etc... I just think I have a sluggish metabolism or something. Any advice?

Hopefully someone can give me some insight. I'm trying to lose 25 pounds started at 170 and would like to get to 145 I'm 5'8" . I've never been a completely unhealthy eater, but I've cut my caloric intake to 1200 day of lean proteins, veggies, and no alcohol that was hard . In addition, I've been exercising about 45 60 minutes 5 days each week walking, elliptical, treadmill, yoga, pilates I mix it up. I've been doing this about 4 weeks now. The first 2.5 weeks I got down to 163...now I'm back up to 168 What's going on?? I use fitday.com to track my intake and am very honest about it I don't grab a cookie or mouthful of food here and there, I'm very disciplined so I know my calories are on track. I've been doing some minor strength exercises crunches, arms, lunges, etc to tone, but I don't think this is from gaining muscle. Or is it? Any insight you could provide me would be appreciated this is so frustrating My sister's wedding is in June and I really want to be down to 145. I have an athletic frame and anything much less looks sickly, but at this point I don't think I will ever get there I was so excited to lose 7 pounds so quickly, but now I'm worried b c the numbers are creeping back up

Ok im a 15 YO Boy 5ft 6" 171 lbs and I want to get down to about 126lbs by June July I have about 1 hour a day to exercise so what sort of exercises should I do for 45 mins to 1 hour a day, what should I eat every day, and IS IT POSSIBLE? that's about 2.25 lbs 1.02kg a week...
