I can't lose weight??
For several weeks I have been exercising regularly doing Pilates and cardio while dieting and I have yet to lose a pound. I don't understand if I'm doing something wrong? I try to limit my daily calorie intake to no more than 1500 calories per day and I eat very healthy and drink fluids regularly. Granted, sometimes I slip a little and have a cookie or two after dinner, but for the most part I am very conscientious about keeping to the routine. The only results I've seen so far is an improve in my muscle tone. Can anyone help? I would like to lose about 25 30 lbs, My expectations aren't unrealistic...I'm not looking for a quick fix or crash diet. A pound or two a week sounds about a healthy rate to lose weight.
I can't lose weight - eating 1500 calories and exercise 1 hour every day?
I initially lost 30 lbs but I have been at a stand still for over a month. I picked up exercise from 1 2 hour to a full hour but still no more results?

So the following is by diet, I may have any ONE of the meals 1., 2. 3. for each type of meal, not all lol.Breakfast 1. A Subway sandwichSnack btwn lunch dinner Fruit > Either 1. a banana or two 2. 2 kiwis 3. some mandarines tangerines 4. grapesDinner 1. Chicken marsala veggies2. Steak fat cut veggies3. Salmon veggies4. Turkey veggiesI take flaxseed oil caplets with 1 2 meals every single dayI exercise on the treadmill for 1 hour 5 7 days a weekI've lost about 18 lbs so far, but can't seem to be droppingany more weight. What is wrong with me that i can't lose weight!!!???
I have weighed 125 give or take 2 or 3 pounds for the past 7 months. I have not lost 1 pound that is not water weight. I just don't understand it. i am only 12 I am so ugly and i feel so fat. i am 5 6'. The thing is that i have like a flat stomach but like love handles. i mean kind of. not exactly but ind of. i just want to lose weight. i am on a swimming and diving team and i swim 4 times a week for 3 hours. i don't eat a lot or anything unhealthy. i hate chips and chocolate. i really do and anything and everything carbonated so no soda. I just don't understand why i can't lose weight Please help me if you know why?
I can't lose weight HELP!?
I play tennis everyday 4 hrs a day but recently i got sick so i haven't be able to play for 6 weeks. I am now slowly easing my way back into it. Even before I got sick i still was about 10 pounds over weight even though I'm a competetive tennis player. Now I need to lose 20 pounds. I think diet pills are bad for you but is there a supplement like acai or anything else that can help me? I want to lose 20 pounds by mid February and I'll also be working out almost everyday.
Im 13 and for some odd reason i can't lose weight
okay i can't lose weight my doctor said keep exercising but i did....for four months and nothing happend really i only lost 5 pounds i'm desperate please give me a diet pill or some fast burning exercise that i can lose weight fast....thank you sooo much
Ijust can't lose weight--ever--ever--ever--how do I?
I have unsuccessfully tried, probably in excess or 8 times in my life, 8 major times, anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 months, to lose weight, and it's JUST NOT WORKING I just don't know how to keep my motivation up, it's always been self motivated, and sometimes I feel like maybe I should get a personal trainer to help motivate me.My question is, how do you all you fit people keep at it? I just want to lose my weight, and be " toned" not " buff." And I'm a guy...with freaking saddlebags. It' s REALLY EMBARASSING AHHHHH. And I have a gut and butt so the huge jlo bootata syndrome anyways, i am frustrated, and just GHA GAH GAH. help?
How come I can't lose weight?
In High School I weighed 170 lbs. I was athletic and measured 5'11" . That was 10 years ago. Now I weigh 240 lbs. I go to the gym twice a week, I don't overeat, junk food is not part of my diet, I've had my thyroid checked, I've tried taking metabolism aids, I've tried the Slim Fast thing, and no matter what I do I still maintain my weight. My weight doesn't fluctuate at all. No matter what I do, I maintain a steady 240 lbs which for my height is very overweight. It's not muscle mass either I look quite pudgy. Do you know what else I can do?

I put on 50 pounds suddenly over the past year without eating more, and I've been exercising and eating within my calorie range for a couple of months now, and haven't lost a single pound. Hey, well at the moment many people know I have a lot of stress in my life at the moment, and now I want to lose weight. I am 6" 2, and weigh around 200 pounds?Now the thing is, I walk everyday, not just short distances but at least 2 miles? I drink more than 2 litres of water, and have three meals a day, I don't drink soda or have that much junk, though sometimes I do have a lot of junk in one day not often, trust me . Anyways last friday I went to the movies, and I had a lot of junk lol, just as a one off, the next day, I had a turkey neck? I was like WHAT THE HELL, my mum said it was because I had lots of crisps, and that my body was holding water and would still hold it until I stopped eating so much salt?? I'm actually starting to think its ridiculous lol, Im trying very hard to lose it and I am just putting it on? Has anyone got any suggestions? I would cut down my calorie intake to below 2000 a day, but I don't know what I would eat to keep myself full, can anyone give me any advice? I will probably be taking up cycling soon too, but I feel that the walking is good enough for the moment.
