What is your weight loss routine?
i am 16 and i want to lose weight get tone and be more healthy.but nothing seems to work. i have people tell me ideas all the time but i want t know of ideas and routunes that have actually worked. what worked for you, what your routine scedule of eating and exercise. i weight 142 pounds and i am 5'3. i want to look and feel better in clothes. also can i reach my goal befor this summer? i have 5 months.thanks in advance.
I have been eating special K bars, do they help for weight loss?
I eat 2 a day... Is this helping me? I'm scared that it is doing me more harm than good. Here is my daily meal plan BREAKFAST Chocolate Smoothie 300 calories with many nutrients vitamins etc.SCHOOL SNACK Special K bar 90 calLUNCH whatever we have for school lunch about 500 cal DINNER whatever family makes for dinner usually very nutritious with vegetables etc.. SNACK special K bar 90 cal NIGHT frosted flakes cereal w fat free milk 300 cal is this not helping at all?
Question about a personal weight loss goal?
I'm 16, I'm 5'6 and I weigh 131 lbs. I made a personal goal to lose weight. I run the mile in 9 min. and I jog on a trampoline for 30 min each night then I do as many crunches as I can right now which is about 38 48. Then I do pushups, thigh exercises and I stretch. I eat pretty good. I try to avoid fried foods and soda. I was wanting to know if this will be effective for my age. I just wanted to lose ten pounds and be fit again like I was in the summer when I weighed 119. Will this be a good plan? Thanks everybody. D

Question about weight loss diet and excercise?
ok so i have been living a healthier lifestyle for a little over year now and have lost about 60 lbs from 350 down to around 285, now i went to lose another 40 lbs and get down to around 250, i have lately about a week ago really kicked into healthy mode again after the holidays i cut back on it quite a bit, and didnt gain weight but i also wasnt eating my best or excercising daily, i do a power walk with slight jogging on my treadmill for about 1 mile everyday and it usually takes me around 16 minutes to 18 minutes, today i also did that and did 60 crunches, my question is, for the past 3 days i ate very little, yesterday in total, i had a couple of pretzals, a caesar sallad and a breadstick from sbarro, and a ice cream cone from mcdonalds, i would have to say that that definitely wasnt 2000 calories, but i felt very tired, and didnt lose any weight, so im worried that i am starving myself, today i ate a stouffers french bread pizza, which is around 500 calories, and thats all i have eaten so far, should a 6 foot 280 pound man be eating like this, i feel very lethargic, to even do anything alot because my body feels like im shocking it everyday, and i feel pretty good right now, but yesterday i had headaches, and was lethargic.

i eat six small meals a day these ae some of the thigs i eat tuna eggs yogurt salad nuts soy milk and i eat carrots and pineapple i run 2 miles a day and i weight train 4 days a week i use whey protein to im 5 foot 9 and weigh 290 i no im really big im 35 years old if i keep eating healthy and running 2 miles each day 5 days a week and weight training 4 days a week how much weight might i lose in a month thanks im very motivated to change my life give me a rough number on how much weight i might lose in 1 month

When can i see weight loss?
Here is the scenario.I am 17 years old. My height is 5foot 10. My weight is 199 pounds. I am over weight.I have been on a diet for 3 weeks now. And to be honest i believe i am becoming slimier. However this may be a illusion in my mind. Furthermore i have started to consume more veg and meat as i cut from simple carbohydrates like potatoes and junk food. I drink plenty of water.And here is my weeks training. My old weeks were just staying home and gym Monday GymTuesday Jogging SprintingWednesday FootballThursday Library So no exercise Friday SwimmingSaturday Sprinting joggingSunday Rest and family.The real problem is that before i have been on a diet. My weight was recorded as 195 pounds and three weeks in i am gaining weight. Which to be honest has sort of demotivated me from my diet. When will i be able to see the real weight loss?
